I got a mattress from this place and it showed up in just a couple of days like they said. I'm pleased with both the product and the customer service. I'd definitely shop with them again.

Had a solid chat with the folks at chic concept who sent over samples, and I was greeted with nothing but kindness. They made sure nothing was too much hassle.

I placed an order for a high gloss white display unit on October 15th. The delivery was on schedule, and the tracking info was solid. However, when the courier showed up on October 31st, we discovered that two out of six boxes were missing. They found one box on the truck during its return, but the other one, which had the rest of the unit, was nowhere to be found. A quick call to Chic Paradis sorted things out, and they arranged for replacements to be sent out right away. Customer service was pretty good, and I found them quite helpful. One part, a plinth, was a bit warped, but they sent a replacement immediately. Overall, the final product is top-notch, and when I compared prices with another retailer, it was over £80 less, so I'm really happy with my purchase.

This mattress is just what I needed. Exactly as described and the delivery was prompt. It showed up the very next day. What a lovely experience! I would surely use this service again.

I got a stylish lamp for my living room from Chic Concept. This light is stunning; I've never come across anything like it before. Dropped £700 on a bed for my nephew. They promised three delivery dates, but it still hasn’t arrived. Now I’m asking for a full refund and have to keep chasing them. Total COWBOYS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I reckon this company is a solid choice for shopping. Even though I got the wrong mattress at first, it arrived in a decent timeframe. When I reached out to them about the issue, they were eager to resolve it and provided me with a quality mattress quickly. I ended up choosing the 8-inch blue foam. It’s got a 6-inch firm blue base with a 2-inch softer white layer on top. Super comfy!

I ran into some trouble finding a company to provide me with a mattress. Should've checked out Chic first. Harry, the straight shooter, was amazing from beginning to end. The size I needed wasn’t a standard one, but this guy really went above and beyond to ensure we got the perfect fit. Ordered it on Tuesday, and it showed up on Friday of the same week. Kudos to Chic Concept and big props to Harry!

Service was top-notch! Initially, they mentioned the bed would take 5 weeks because of a family issue. I inquired if they could deliver it a week earlier, and just 48 hours later, the bed arrived. We had ordered a bed with a trundle, but the mattress turned out to be too large. One quick call, and a new mattress was delivered in another 48 hours. Their service was impeccable! I found them to be friendly and easy to reach, whether by phone or email. The quality of the products is also impressive. I’d definitely shop with them again and highly recommend their services.

I used to think that good customer support was a thing of the past! But I'm thrilled to say I was wrong. Adam really went above and beyond to assist me; I even got to chat with him on the phone to place my order for the mattresses and sort out delivery fees and timing. Unfortunately, one of the products wasn’t what I had requested, but Adam assured me that the right item would be sent out the very next business day, and it was. Adam followed up to make sure I got the replacement the day after it arrived. The products I purchased are just what we needed, and I’d definitely recommend Chic Concept.

This is my second time writing a review for this company. They sent me the wrong color bed! When I requested them to pick it up, they scheduled a time between 6 and 7 in the morning! I told them those hours were not suitable and suggested they come after 7! Today, they arrived with a full truck but couldn’t take the bed and are still holding onto my cash! No evidence of a refund! The bed remains in my house because of their mishaps! I’m so frustrated with this company that if I could give it zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ve had to keep reaching out for updates, and they keep saying it’s the 'courier's fault.' But honestly, it’s not a courier service! Two guys showed up who clearly weren’t from a courier company!
